I have missed my enjoyed glass of wine for 8 months of pregnancy
(1 to go) and 17 months before conception (took longer then we had
hoped) I know I’m doing the right thing for my baby, but if I know
I can enjoy a glass of wine with dinner again and test to make
sure it is out of my system before I feed it will make me a very
happy Mummy. I have already begun telling my pregnant friends
about this amazing invention and can’t wait to try it out.

HOORAY !! Finally something on
the market so we can be sure we have not had too many drinks. As a
mum to a 27 month old and a 7 month old a relaxing glass or three
of wine is exactly what I need at times to make me feel “normal”.
However my adorable 7 month old son has so far managed to make
every effort at giving him a bottle of either expressed milk or
formula and absolute nightmare for everyone – he usually ends up
more upset than he was when he unexpectedly woke and I end up
wanting to down the rest of the bottle of wine in one gulp !!! I
can’t wait to get this product so I can enjoy a glass or three
without having to guess if I’ve had too many.

I would like to use milkscreen
to test exactly how quickly alcohol enters into breastmilk and how
long my body takes to process and remove it. I'd like to be
absolutely sure that I'm not passing any alcohol onto my precious
baby.

I am about to have our second
baby and have been either pregnant, breastfeeding or both for
almost 2 1/2 years. While I have abstained from alcohol during
pregnancies I indulged in the odd glass of wine during
breastfeeding, but found I could not completely enjoy it as I was
worried how it might effect our baby. Milkscreen would enable me
to indulge in the occasional guilt free glass of wine - which I
think I deserve!

It is always hard to know once
you have expressed whether there is alcohol in your milk and
because it is so precious I think that this product will save
having to throw out milk that I thought could possibly have
alcohol in it and on the other hand if it did and I used it it
could potentially harm the baby so this new product would be
fantastic to get my hands on!!!!!! What a brilliant idea I was
only thinking of it myself the other day amazing!!!!

As a busy mum of 3 and
pregnant, it is a great idea that I can have a relaxing drink
without guilt about pain or discomfort caused by alcohol..

I miss the odd glass of wine
but am not sure how safe it is whilst breastfeeding. This is the
perfect solution!

My 30th Birthday is coming up
and my husband gave me a bottle of Dom Perignon champagne after I
gave birth to our son last December but I haven't been game to
open it yet. I would love to be able to drink some for my birthday
and still be able to safely feed my baby.

Hi, as a mum of twins (who are
both still breastfed at 17 months) I appreciate & deserve the odd
glass of bubbles!! To be able to enjoy it guilt free would be an
added bonus!!

I love a glass of wine or two,
BUT I love breastfeeding my little boy.
I NEEEED MilkScreen@!!!!!!

I would like to try milk screen
as i have not had a drink for 18 months for fear it will pass to
my daughter, this would ease my mind, and allow meb to enjoy a
glass of wine with my husband.

With 2 year old and a 3 month
old, I'm more than ready for a drink!!

LOVE being a mum, however ,
still enjoy having the occasional glass of vino with hubby. Now we
can be 100% sure its safe!

I would love to use Milkscreen
for piece of mind, to know that I am not inadvertedly harming my
baby by having a relaxing drink on the weekends.

Being 20 years old and 2 kids
youngest being 8weeks i would really love to enjoy going out and
not worry if i have a few drinks

I am "still" breastfeeding my
19 month old son. We are thinking about trying for another baby
later this year. Before I got pregnant for the first time, I had a
final big night out with my girlfriends. I would love to have
another night out with the girls before I get pregnant again, but
it would be handy to know when it would be safe to feed my son
again. He doesn't feed all the time so it's great to know there's
no point pumping and dumping, I could just try the test a few
times to know when it's safe to feed again.
What a great idea!

I would love to use
'Milkscreen' because my husband is a wine rep and sells wine for a
number of differnt companies. He is always asking me to sample the
wine to get a different perspective on the taste. Even though
sometimes I only have a few mouthfuls, I am always concerned that
I am having too much. (I'm sure it's okay in small amounts, but
the peace of mind of knowing for sure would be great).

I just want to start by saying
what an absolutely brilliant idea the Milkscreen test is! I would
love to trial this product as I used to enjoy having a glass of
wine over dinner, however I have had to cut this out and I am
really missing it. (I hope I don’t sound like an alcoholic!!!!) My
7 month old son developed a severe rash around his mouth several
months ago to which the doctors believe it may be an allergic
reaction to something. Through process of elimination, I believe
it may be alcohol that is reacting with his skin, although I’m not
100% certain. The rash tends to flare up more if I have more than
one drink. Milkscreen would bring me piece of mind that before I
feed my son there is no alcohol in my breast milk if I choose to
have a glass of wine. I hope you can help out a highly strung mum,
by sending her a Milkscreen test and allow her to unwind at the
end of a busy day with a nice guilt free glass of Shiraz.
After 3 kids under 5 I need the
occasional glass of wine! I would love to know however that it
does not impact on the health or breast milk for my baby. It will
also reduce the need to express late at night so that my baby can
have guilt free milk!

I haven't allowed myself an
alcoholic drink for 14 months, scared of what it could do to my
son, but now I could enjoy a relaxing drink with no worries.

My little boy Toby is now 11
weeks old and I haven't had a drink for nearly a year! Like all
Mums, I want to do what is best for my child. As a result I didn't
drink while I was pregnant and based on the new guidelines that
came out while I was pregnant I have avoided alcohol since my son
was born. I didn't even share in the champgane to "wet the baby's
head". It would be great to enjoy a glass or two of wine with my
husband, family or friends without worrying how this would affect
Toby. First time new Mums like me have too many other things to
worry about!

Milkscreen sounds like a
fantastic product for special celebrations! I’d love to try it to
ensure my daughter Lucy doesn’t have to endure my champers too!

GUILT is such a destructive
emotion! I am no different from any other mum, and I would simply
love to be able to tick this one off my guilt list … and be able
to 100% enjoy a glass of wine on a Saturday night, knowing I am
not going to harm my son. I am breastfeeding for as long as he
wants, but that doesn’t mean I don’t need a little something
occasionally!

My girlfriend became pregnant
the first time with her little girl a few months before her 30th
Birthday (early 2005) and delivered in November 2005. She
continued to breastfeed her daughter for 14 months. In the
meantime she became pregnant again last September (2006) and
having been planning her wedding for December 2006 realised yet
again she could not enjoy this auspicious event with a few drinks
as not only was she breastfeeding the older child, she was now
also expecting again. Knowing that she will also attempt to
breastfeed this one for 12 months or more who is due in May she is
faced with over one more year without having more than a drink at
a time. All in All this will mean over 3 years and a number of
significant events missed without enjoying a few glasses to
celebrate!! That and she will have 2 children 18 months apart. Any
girl deserves a drink after that. So on her behalf I would like to
be able to help tell her when she is ok to feed and so she can
relax and enjoy a casual drink with our family and hers.

Wow! Where was this product
when I had my first baby? There is enough stress and guilt in a
mother's life without worrying about relaxing with a glass of wine
and transferring alcohol to your baby through your milk. I hear
lots of mums give up breastfeeding because they want some freedom
to let their hair down. This will allow us to continue
breastfeeding with the knowledge we can have a wine with friends
and not be harming our babies. Yay Milkscreen!

I have just had my 5th baby and
now with the new milk screen strips I can sit back and relax with
family and friends. I went to a wedding a couple of weeks ago and
didn't have a drop in fear that my little man would end up with
alcohol in his milk the next day. I love breast feeding my baby
which is most important to me but it would be nice to have a drink
or two.

As
a new mum it would give such peace of mind that i could enjoy a
glass of wine without stressing about my little bub being
affected.

For almost 2yrs i have been
dying to have a baileys and i haven't let myself incase it hurt my
beautiful baby girl!

I avoid social occasions
because I am scared to drink even a small glass of wine. With
Breastscreen I could still have a social life and be assured my
baby would be okay!

I’d just love to try it after 2
children breastfeed after drinking alcohol (with no obvious ill
effects) and clinic nurses not sure how much alcohol goes into
breast milk I’m willing to test this with number 3 child.

I would love to try milkscreen
as our anniversary is coming up in April & i would love to be able
to have a glass or so to enjoy our special day & know my baby will
be fine!

I would love to use the new
Milkscreen because I have enjoyed breastfeeding each of my
children and I have continued feeding them into toddlerhood. This
extended feeding has an obvious impact on when and how much I can
drink, with the result that I usually miss out enjoying a drink at
social and celebratory occasions. Using Milkscreen will enable me
to enjoy an occsional drink, knowing that I can then test my
breastmilk so I can be sure that my child is getting nothing but
pure nourishment.

As a breastfeeding counsellor I
would love to try using the ‘milkscreen’ test strips. My
daughter’s first birthday party coincides with my dad’s 60th
birthday and I want to make sure I can have a glass of champagne
without risking harm to my little girl.

As an extended breastfeeder of
two feeds per day (my son is 17 months old) this would be a great
product for me. I could have a glass of wine!!!!

My husband and I enjoy the
chance to share a special dinner and a glass of wine. I often stop
at half a glass and don't really feel as though I've enjoyed the
little bit I had!

I would love to win the fresh
mums milkscreen test as it would mean I could keep my sanity and
have the occasional glass of wine with the girls. Us Mums need
their outlets!

I never finish my drinks as I
stress about how much alcohol is going to come through my milk.
Milkscreen would take the worry away and I’d be at ease.
