In only two minutes, Milkscreen analyzes your breast milk for the presence of alcohol and provides you with a clear positive or negative reading.

We are often asked the question..."does Milkscreen tell me how much alcohol is in my breastmilk"... the answer is no. The reason for this is simply that there are too many conflicting studies and reports regarding what is a safe or dangerous level of alcohol in breastmilk whilst breastfeeding.

Abbreviated Milkscreen Instructions:

  1. Remove the individual test strip from it's protective foil packaging and saturate the reactive pad with breast milk.

  2. Wait two minutes.

  3. Read the results – a colour change of green or blue indicates a positive result (alcohol in your breast milk).

Detailed instructions with illustrations & alternative testing methods are included in the packaging.
